Dear Mr. Drummy,
Mrs. Barbara Houska recently worked with Superior Mortgage to purchase a home in Hulon Greene in West Columbia, SC.
I am the on site real estate agent. Hulon Greene is a senior community, so must people that purchase here buy with cash and do not finance. I have had very little experience working with a mortgage company.  Your employee Michael Gatti, from your Internet lending division, worked with Barbara and myself in the most helpful and professional way. He guided us all the way. He returned phone calls when he said he would and was available when we called. He made sure we had furnished him with all the information he needed to submit the application, to be approved the first time without delays. He kept us updated by e-mail and voice mail. He also was in constant contact with the closing attorney’s office. Within the hour after the closing yesterday I received a call from Michael, making sure we closed.

Mrs. Houska had started her loan process with another mortgage company and had a very bad experience with them not returning phone calls and not being helpful at all. When she called Michael he made sure that she fully understood her loyalty to the other company and how the process would work. Not stepping on toes or stealing business just plain professionalism.

I'm sure if either of us, Barbara, myself or the closing attorney,  have an opportunity to use a mortgage company in the future we will remember your company, because of Michael.
